1954 (Showa 29)

Establishment. Started publishing knitwear. Founder: Tadanobu Seto.

1958 (Showa 33)

Incorporation.

1961 (Showa 36)

Started networking for the nationwide network of knitting classes, which were said to number 30,000 nationwide. The Japan Knitting Culture Association was established.

1967 (Showa 42)

Started correspondence knitting education.

1969 (Showa 44)

Establishment of the Japan Handicraft Promotion Association.

1971 (Showa 46)

Opened a full-time two-year Vogue knitting instructor training school for professional development purposes. Also opened the “Vogue Academy” as a hobby.

1976 (Showa 51)

Establishment of NV Logitech Co., Ltd.

1982 (Showa 57)

Started mail-order business.

1984 (Showa 59)

Establishment of the EX-TRE department (separated into a separate company in 1993). Entered the original yarn sales and apparel business.

1992 (Heisei 4)

Started educational business using pressed flowers.

1996 (Heisei 8)

Nobuaki Seto becomes president and CEO.

2017 (Heisei 29)

Abolished the company system and transitioned to a customer-oriented organization. The customer-oriented organization adopts a divisional structure to enhance the uniqueness of niche businesses. Headquarters relocation: From Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo to Nakano Ward.

2022 (Reiwa 4)

Became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujikyu Holdings Co., Ltd. through stock exchange.

2023 (Reiwa 5)

Nobuhiro Seto becomes president and CEO.

2024 (Reiwa 6)

Nobuaki Seto returns as president and CEO.
